How long we keep your information
We retain booking information for up to 2 years for accounting purposes. Contact enquiries are retained for 6 months.

Analytics
This site uses Umami, a privacy-focused, open-source analytics platform, via their managed cloud service.
Umami does not use cookies, does not collect any personally identifiable information, and does not track visitors across websites. All data is anonymised and aggregated. No cookie consent banner is required.
The information collected is limited to:
- Pages visited and page view counts
- Referring sources (e.g. search engines, links)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
- Country of origin (derived from IP address, which is not stored)
- Session duration and bounce rate
Analytics data is processed and stored on Umami’s infrastructure. Umami acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use this data for any other purpose. You can review Umami’s privacy policy at umami.is/privacy.
This analytics setup is compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR.
